Bio:

I've been a Hermione/Sirius shipper for about 7 years now.  I enjoy reading (and writing) well thought out and realistic stories between the two, hoping to always find a gem in the midst of it all.  I'm 33, married, work for a major airline in the US and love to travel.  I've been to 7 HP cons and I'm a co-director of the Live! Wizard Chessmatch that performed at INFINTIUS and will be working on a new performance for ASCENDIO for the summer of 2012 in Orlando.  I have been cosplaying Bellatrix LeStrange/Black for about 5 years and do it with love, devotion and often with a drink in hand with friends.  I recently took a hiatus from fanfiction to welcome my son into the world.  It's a miracle I have time to even update this, but RL took priority ;)


Alongside of all that...  I love all things David Bowie(I've seen him in concert 27 times), David Duchovny and Gary Oldman.  I was a film major in college, minoring in Mass Communications.  Under the name HOUSE OF BLACK PRODUCTIONS, I've written and edited 6 fan film shorts and you can find them uploaded on YouTube.  You can find me at the conferences as SERADE BLACK.

Summary:

It's 2004, Hermione's life is a Quidditch wife. Married to Viktor, her life is its own prison, glamorous, no passion, no spark. Sirius, now Returned from the Veil, sees this "new" Hermione.

He forms a friendship with her through letters and meet-ups to otherwise try and remind her of who she once "was", rather than letting Viktor and his career call the shots.  Unfortunately, they develop feelings for one another, but it's a lost cause as Sirius will not allow her to become like Viktor.

Summary:

Sequel to REASON FOR LIFE.  Sirius and Hermione are just settling into new, but old habits.  They're adjusting to the changes between themselves, around others, in their relationship and where to go from here.  Sirius has lived an entire life without Hermione and for her, she's just picked up a few days later.  Through the thickness, Sirius only wants what is best for Hermione in all future aspects in her life.  To Hermione, she'll take Sirius in whatever shape or form he is willing to give her.  But, is it selfishness or love that turns them around?  Sirius makes a choice and Hermione has to pick up the pieces....but, she's never going to be alone.

Summary:

Hermione/Sirius - Hermione chances to use the Time Turner to go back before the Potter's death, not to correct things, but to change the outlook of Sirius's life.  She cannot change what has happened, she knows she should not meddle, but it's Sirius's future character that worries her for Harry, Remus, the Order and most of all...for himself.  She went back for his own good, she did not go back to fall in love.
