Thank you for this story. I enjoyed every single chapter. Slowly, but surely Lucius fell in love. Hermione's fighting her feelings was to be expected. Their children was sometimes nice. Again thank you.

Of course Ron wouldn't forgive her. Think about it, she took up with a noted sadistic and cruel Death Eater while still pregnant with his child, why would he?

Perhaps, you are right. He is dead, though. Ron is not there for her. Also, it a well-known fact that women sometimes do love dark and terribly flawed men. Even the most brilliant ones do that. Especially when they are vulnerable and miserable.
However, the fact that you chose to read that story up to chapter seventeen, even though it was clearly labeled as Lucius/Hermione romance, surprises me. I did kill Ron in the first chapter, didn’t I? And, it was fairly obvious in which direction this story was going. So, why did you willingly set yourself for imminent disappointment?
