Marriage Law Challenge 2010 - CHAPTER THREE IS UP!

Set in the Regency era, Hermione Granger is ignorant to the class system of the magical world. As a Muggle-born, who was raised in a Muggle world, she was never made to feel inferior, that is, until she moved with her cousin, Harry Potter, to Godric's Hollow.

Here, in this magical community, she quickly learns that purebloods and Muggle borns did not mean the same thing, not at all. Draco Malfoy was arrogant. He was raised to believe that he was above all other simply due to the fact that he was born a pureblood. Then, a simple country girl, a Muggle born no less, comes and throws his world upside down. How could he possibly be attracted to someone like her? How could he think she was not only NOT inferior to all the rest of the young ladies of his acquaintance, but perhaps, very much, a cut above.

When a touch of the hand can cause a stirring in the soul, and a simple stare can cause a heart to flutter, these two people, different as they could be, might find love.

With a dash of romance, and the morals and tone of a Jane Austen novel, Draco Malfoy, arrogant and proud, will fall in love with Hermione Granger.

 After Lord Voldemort had been killed, the wizarding world had been left divided. The new world, now run by the Ministry and the evolved Death-Eater organization, The Black Lily, ruled the new world. Hermione Malfoy learned quickly how to survive and who to trust. She also learned that the line between good and bad isn't always that clear.

The Battle of Hogwarts is over, and Voldemort was defeated.  Now life is expected to resume as if nothing has changed.  Hermione, Draco, Harry, Ron, and most of their classmates return to Hogwarts to complete their seventh year.  Along the way, new friendships will be forged and old ones severed as they learn to live in a world that, while no longer threatened by Voldemort, is filled with the heartbreak and death they suffered in the final battle and its aftermath.
